How delivery works
- You order. You choose your model on the website and send your order on WhatsApp. You pay on delivery, in cash or by Orange Money / MTN MoMo to the courier.
- You give your city and neighbourhood. The more precise the address, the faster the delivery.
- We prepare your phone. It is checked before it ships.
- The courier hands over your parcel. Keep your phone on and reachable on delivery day.
Check your phone when it arrives
Open the parcel in front of the courier and check three things: the device is intact, it matches your order (model, colour, storage) and it switches on. Also dial *#06# to show its IMEI number and compare it with the one on the box.
