Who is responsible for your data?

Gafloow Store, whose details are in the legal notice.

The data we collect

When you place an order, we receive:

• your name;
• your WhatsApp number;
• your city and neighbourhood, for delivery;
• the product ordered (model, storage, colour, quantity).

We never ask for a password or a bank card: you pay on delivery. No customer account is required.

Why we use it

• to prepare and deliver your order;
• to send you the confirmation and invoice on WhatsApp;
• to handle your warranty and any returns.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Who can access it

Only the Gafloow Store team and the delivery rider (for your name, number and neighbourhood). To work, the website relies on technical providers that may store data outside Cameroon: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (order records), WhatsApp (chats with our advisers) and Google Analytics (visit statistics).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to process your order, then for the warranty period (12 months), so we can help you in case of a fault or a return.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Message us on WhatsApp: we handle your request quickly.

Cookies

The website sets no advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: this tool sets audience measurement cookies (for example "_ga"). You can refuse them by blocking them in your browser settings; the website works normally without them.
