1. Who is the seller?

Gafloow Store is a 100% online shop for brand new smartphones and accessories, delivering everywhere in Cameroon. Details about the website publisher are in the legal notice. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products

We sell brand new phones and accessories. Each product page shows the model, storage, colours and price. Photos are there to present the product: if you have a doubt about a detail, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA). The price you pay is the one shown when you order. In Douala and Yaounde, delivery is free from 50,000 FCFA; otherwise, the delivery cost is shared with you before you pay.

4. Ordering

1. You choose your product on the website and fill in your details.
2. You send your order on WhatsApp.
3. An adviser checks availability and confirms your order. If the product is no longer available, you are told and you pay nothing.

5. Payment

You pay on delivery, everywhere in Cameroon, in cash or by Orange Money / MTN MoMo to the delivery rider. You pay nothing before you hold your parcel.

6. Delivery

In Douala and Yaounde, delivery takes 24 hours. In other cities, it goes by courier in 3 to 7 days. All the details are on the delivery page. Open the parcel in front of the rider and check that the product matches your order.

7. Warranty and returns

Phones come with a 12 months warranty. You can return a product within 7 days, with a refund within 72 hours. The full conditions are on the warranty and returns page.

8. Your data

Your order details are only used to process and deliver it. See our privacy policy.

9. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, message us on WhatsApp: we always look for a friendly solution. If no agreement is reached, Cameroonian law applies.
