Why choose the Google Pixel 7?

Who is the Pixel 7 for?

The Google Pixel 7 price in Cameroon at Gafloow Store is 125,000 FCFA. It is the standard model of the Pixel 7 generation, released on 13 October 2022. It has a 6.3-inch 90 Hz AMOLED screen, the Google Tensor G2 chip, 8GB of RAM and a 4,355 mAh battery. It weighs 197 g, supports 5G and is water and dust resistant (IP68).

It is for people who want a compact Pixel and a very good camera without paying for a recent model: a stabilised 50 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra wide and a 10.8 MP selfie camera. It comes in three colours: obsidian (black), snow (white) and lemongrass (lime green). Google supports it until about October 2027.

Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro: which one?

The Pixel 7 Pro has a 6.7-inch 120 Hz screen, 12GB of RAM, a 5,000 mAh battery and a 5x telephoto. It costs 35,000 FCFA more (160,000 FCFA vs 125,000 FCFA). Both have the same Tensor G2 chip.

Want longer support? The Pixel 8 has the Tensor G3 chip, a 120 Hz screen and 7 years of announced updates, vs 5 years for the Pixel 7. It costs 25,000 FCFA more (150,000 FCFA vs 125,000 FCFA).

Good to know before you buy

Google promises 5 years of system and security updates from the phone's release on the US Google Store. For the Pixel 7, that means until about October 2027, one year more than the Pixel 6. After that date the phone keeps working but is no longer updated.

The Pixel 7 is sold brand new and sealed in 128GB and 256GB: choose the storage on this page and the price updates. Before you buy, ask your adviser which version is delivered (nano-SIM and eSIM depending on the country of origin) and check that your network (MTN, Orange or Camtel) offers eSIM if needed. The warranty and delivery are explained below.
